Description
Gilley's Hotel, originally called The Smith House, served as an upscale place to stay for the many railroad workers and passengers. It rests along the railroad tracks just by the station. The train ran from Bulls Gap to Rogersville. When the steam engines were no longer in use, the town population dwindled, and the hotel closed. It now is part of the Rail Road Museum of Bull's Gap, and awaiting funding for restoration. Bull's Gap, Hawkins County, Tennessee

What a cool shot Nicki!
Nicki McManus replied:
Thank you Sean. This tiny little town has quite a history during the Civil War.
